Zero Property of Division

Whenever 0 is part of a division problem there are two important rules to follow. Sometimes your answer will be zero and sometimes it'll be undefined, which isn't a real number.

1) When 0 is divided by any number the answer will always be 0.

2) When any number is divided by 0, the answer will always be undefined.

Zero divided by any real number equals zero. It makes sense if you think about. If you have nothing to begin with, it doesn't matter how many ways you want to divide it. You still have nothing.
